John Douglas | Lead Artisan

For the last two decades John Douglas has been restoring historic homes in Southern California. Specializing in fireplace restoration, handmade stencils and surface restoration John loves bringing things back to life. John (originally from McKinney Texas) is married to Rebecca, has three kids, one large black Labrador named Ramsey and lives in Long Beach CA. Over the years John has delved into larger projects such as fully renovating large historic buildings down to repairing fireplaces.

John also has an extensive background in decorative painting with a focus on stenciling. John appeared on the HGTV show Restored as an artisan primarily providing decorative painting services.
